 Modern Exercise Mistake #1: Dangerous Weight Lifting 

Most personal trainers and doctors recommend you lift weights if you want to stay healthy…

But what they don’t tell you is the gym is one of the most dangerous places you can go to get in shape… especially in the weight room.

Between 1990-2007, almost 1 million people were rushed to the emergency room because of weight training injuries… and sadly 114 of those people died. [2]
